Responsibilities
- Conduct examinations and develop individualized plans of care for patients in outpatient orthopedic and neurological rehab
- Implement evidence-based treatments including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and neuromuscular re-education
- Reassess progress, adjust plans as needed, and document outcomes in the charting system
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety to promote functional independence
- Collaborate with the care team, including supervising clinicians, to coordinate care and ensure patient goals are met
- Manage a diverse caseload, delivering quality care across a range of orthopedic and neurological presentations
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona or a compact state
- 3+ years of outpatient orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation experience preferred
- Ability to work in an outpatient setting with a varied patient population
- Availability for 8- or 10-hour shifts with flexible scheduling; travel assignment readiness
- Strong clinical communication skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice
