Overview
Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Travel) position in Concord, NH starting 09/20/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Telemetry nursing in a hospital setting with 36 guaranteed hours per week and a pay range of $2,118 to $2,327 per week. Shift is 12-hour nights on a 12x3 rotation. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult telemetry patients, including continuous cardiac rhythm monitoring and interpretation; respond to rhythm changes and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and IV therapies per physician orders; monitor for efficacy and adverse effects; document interventions timely.
- Conduct ongoing patient assessments, formulate care plans with the interdisciplinary team, and document findings in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and telemetry staff; participate in rounds, handoffs, and care coordination to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain patient safety and infection prevention standards; ensure accurate charting, dosing, and adherence to unit protocols.
- May be required to float to nearby locations within the network to meet unit needs; maintain flexibility and uphold patient care quality.

Requirements
- Active RN license in NH or Compact State; license must be active at time of submission
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- NHISS (New Hampshire Licensure Verification) needed prior to start
- Dysrhythmia examination during onboarding; preferred score of 80%
- 1–2 years of Med‑Surg experience; open to Critical Care RNs as long as able to manage Med‑Surg ratios and acuity
- Telemetry experience required or strongly preferred (2+ years in specialty); document travel nursing experience on resume
- NURSYS license verification with all active RN licenses
- EMR experience preferred (Cerner experience is preferred, not required)
- RTO (time off) must be included at time of submission
