Responsibilities
- Perform OB exams across all trimesters, including fetal anatomical surveys; conduct breast imaging and cyst assessment; execute vascular studies (LE/UE venous, carotid, DVT) and general abdominal imaging; GYN imaging as needed.
- Scan independently in a busy, fast-paced department; document findings and generate diagnostic images; coordinate with radiologists and physicians as part of EPIC/PACS workflow.
- Manage portable exams and pediatric/neonatal imaging when applicable; adapt to a mixed age group, from neonates to geriatrics.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and patient safety; ensure proper positioning, protocol adherence, and image optimization for reliable interpretation.

Requirements
- NY state license required in hand to submit
- ARDMS certification; BLS; AB/OB/VASC certifications
- Minimum 1 year ultrasound experience; first-time travelers accepted
- EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement
- Shift flexibility to nights/weekdays as listed; ability to float to different exam rooms as needed
- Compliance/credentialing notes: pre-start modules required (billable up to 5 hours, total module time may reach 10 hours); cannot submit candidates with more than 10 days RTO; locals accepted: no — must be >50 miles; candidates within 75 miles of facility are not accepted; foreign education requiring verification requires alerting the account manager at submittal; return-staff policy is 6 months system-wide
