Responsibilities
- Administers radiopharmaceuticals or radiation intravenously to detect or treat diseases, using radioisotope equipment
- Administers medical substances for imaging or other procedures
- Performs screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation
- Coordinates patient flow and maintains procedure quality control
- Adheres to safety, infection control, and radiation safety guidelines
- Documents procedures, results, and any deviations in patient records
Requirements
- Ability to perform radiopharmaceutical administration and imaging procedures as described
- Availability for a dayshift schedule (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)
- Capacity to coordinate patient flow and maintain quality control in imaging procedures
- Eligibility to participate in a travel assignment and meet standard credentialing and onboarding requirements
- Able to operate in a clinical imaging environment and follow applicable safety protocols
