Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date: 05/01/2026. Duration: 9 weeks. Weekly pay: 773 to 793 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week. Shift: three 12-hour day shifts. This is a travel - temporary assignment; local candidates only. Setting: a long-term care facility providing nursing and daily resident support.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting according to individual care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor for adverse reactions and document responses
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient condition, and report changes to the supervising clinician
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and communicate with residents’ families as appropriate
- Assist with activities of daily living and maintain resident safety and comfort
- Adhere to infection control protocols, safety policies, and accurate documentation standards
Requirements
- Active LPN license to practice in New Mexico or eligibility for licensure in NM
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior licensed practical nurse experience, preferably in long-term care settings
- Ability to perform three 12-hour day shifts and assist with resident mobility and activities of daily living
- Ability to pass required background check and drug screen
- Work authorization to practice in the United States; local candidates preferred
