- Respond promptly to call lights; ensure patient safety and comfort
- Complete documentation in the electronic health record and communicate changes to the team
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (VT license or eligibility)
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred
- Local to the assignment area with own transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekend commitments as required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Strong communication skills and teamwork oriented
