Travel Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Job
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – LTC/Nursing Home setting in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Start date 04/01/2026 for a 4-week assignment. Weekly pay range: $681–$707 per week. Guaranteed hours: 10 per week. Shift: Friday night, 7:00 PM–5:00 AM. Local assignment only.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding under supervision
- Monitor and document vital signs; report significant changes to licensed staff promptly
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and safety precautions
- Observe residents for changes in condition, behavior, or comfort; communicate observations to the care team and document in records
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment; adhere to infection prevention and safety policies
- Follow individualized care plans and participate in shift-to-shift handoffs to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in New Hampshire
- Current CNA certification (NH)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for resident care, including lifting and assisting with mobility
- Availability for Friday night shift and ability to work in a long-term care setting
- Ability to pass standard background check and comply with agency credentialing requirements
