Travel Registered Nurse Case Manager Job
Registered Nurse – Case Manager, travel assignment in Everett, WA. Start date 06/29/2026 for a 13-week term with weekly pay between $2,202 and $2,339 and guaranteed hours of 72 hours per 2-week pay period (36 hours/week). Shift is 5x8 Days in a hospital setting. Responsibilities
- Perform care coordination and discharge planning for inpatient stays, developing and updating plans of care.
- Conduct needs assessments, coordinate services, and order durable medical equipment (DME) as part of the discharge process.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including Social Services, to support safe patient transitions to the next level of care.
- Document assessments, plans, and outcomes in the charting system (EPIC) and monitor patient progression across units and campuses.
- Float across units and hospital campuses as needed, serving patients from neonatal to geriatric ages.
Requirements
- Active RN license required (discharge planning/care coordination experience emphasized).
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience with discharge planning or care coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to perform needs assessment, plan of care development, and DME ordering.
- EPIC charting experience required.
- Ability to float across like units and multiple campus locations; weekend and holiday coverage as noted.
- Orientation required (approximately 30 hours) prior to start; pre-start modules (~16 hours) completed.
- Pre-approved time off allowed for 1 shift.
- COVID-19 vaccine not required.
- Background/Nursys hits disclosed at submittal.
