Responsibilities

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, and clinical initiatives.

Requirements
- Previous LTC experience required
- Leadership/administrative experience in a nursing role
- On-call availability as part of the assignment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced long-term care environment
- Travel assignment readiness for a temporary leadership role
