Responsibilities

- Administer or assist with contrast administration per protocol; monitor for adverse reactions and manage patient safety.
- Maintain strict radiation safety practices, patient positioning, and infection control; adhere to ALARA principles.
- Document procedures, manage imaging data, label studies correctly, and support PACS workflow.
Requirements
- CT Technologist credentialing appropriate for practice in Illinois (or as required by state regulations).
- Ability to perform CT imaging and operate CT equipment in a hospital setting.
- Availability for 12-hour day shifts as described (two-week rotating pattern per notes).
- Effective communication with patients and radiology team; commitment to safety and quality.
- Dress code typically involves scrubs; comfortable working in a fast-paced imaging environment.
