Travel Registered Nurse Home Health Job
CWHH-RN Home Health is a travel registered nurse position in home health care for Virginia Beach, VA. Start date: 04/20/2026. Duration: 14 weeks. Shift: 8 hours. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Weekly pay: $1,951–$2,105 per week. This role delivers skilled nursing care to patients in their place of residence and coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agencies.

Responsibilities
- Assess home health and hospice patients in stable and emergent situations to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
- Implement, develop, document, and evaluate the Plan of Care to ensure quality and continuity of care.
- Obtain data on physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural factors that influence patient/family health status and incorporate that data into the Plan of Care.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records with visits, problems, plans, actions, goals, and changes reflected as they occur.
- Provide care using infection control measures; educate patients and families on care, medications, home safety, and self-care practices, tailoring teaching to age, condition, culture, and learning readiness.
- Supervise and provide clinical directions to HHA/STNA/LVN to ensure quality and continuity of service; participate in interdisciplinary team activities and meetings; on-call duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the applicable state
- CPR certification required
- OASIS experience required
- Homecare/Homebase software experience required
- Current driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance
- 1–2 years RN clinical care setting experience; 2+ years home health experience required
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
- CHPN certification preferred
