- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify infection risks and implement evidence-based mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Infection Preventionist (IP) certification required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced long-term care setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse care teams.
- Competence in surveillance, data collection, and reporting related to infection prevention.
- Willingness to commit to a 15-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours.
