Travel Registered Nurse Tele Job
Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Travel) in Olathe, KS. Start date 04/12/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range: $1,903 to $2,047 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights, three days per week. Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital. This travel - temporary assignment is managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to adult telemetry patients, including rhythm interpretation and monitoring of cardiac status
- Monitor telemetry leads, respond to alarms, and intervene per unit protocols to ensure patient safety
- Administer and manage cardiac medications as ordered (including heparin, Lasix, and Cardizem), and participate in Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation processes
- Assist with post-procedure care, including TR Band management, and coordinate with the cardiology team as needed
- Document assessments, interventions, and responses in the EPIC electronic medical record; collaborate with the ICU/telemetry team and other acute care units as required
- Float to all acute care units as needed based on unit demands and staffing
Requirements
- Kansas RN license (KS RN) and current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent telemetry experience
- Cardiac telemetry experience with TR Band management and exposure to cardiac drips (Heparin, Lasix, Cardizem) and Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation
- 2–5 years of telemetry experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and to float to all acute care units as assigned
- Proficiency with EPIC or willingness to complete onboarding training
