Travel Registered Nurse ER Job
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department, travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. Start date 07/06/2026 for 8 weeks. Guaranteed 36 hours per week on a night shift schedule (2x3 nights). Hospital setting with a large ED and Level 1 trauma designation preferred. This is a travel, temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult and pediatric patients presenting to the ED
- Conduct rapid assessment, triage, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications and therapies per protocol; monitor for adverse effects
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing colleagues, and ancillary staff to coordinate care
- Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses; uphold safety and infection control practices
- Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, transport, and disposition within a busy ED environment
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric ED experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- TNCC and ENPC certifications preferred
- Ability to work the night shift on a 2x3 schedule in a high-acuity ED setting
- Credentialing in process may be acceptable for onboarding
