Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for dialysis patients, including ongoing assessment, care planning, and delivery of dialysis treatments per protocol.
- Monitor hemodialysis sessions, vital signs, fluid balance, and laboratory values before and after dialysis; respond to urgent changes or adverse events.
- Collaborate with nephrology team, dialysis technicians, and unit staff to coordinate patient care and maintain safety standards.
- Administer medications as ordered and monitor for adverse reactions; ensure proper operation and troubleshooting of the Tablo dialysis system.
- Document assessments, treatments, and patient education; maintain accurate charting and facilitate clear handoffs to the next care team.
- Uphold infection control, patient safety, and regulatory compliance in all dialysis-related activities.

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice (California) required
- Tablo dialysis system experience is a must
- BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
- Minimum 2 years of experience having worked in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Acute care facility experience preferred
- Profile submission requires RTO, Birthdate, and Social
