Overview
Registered Nurse - LTC (Memory Care) position in Gunnison, Colorado. This travel, temporary assignment begins 08/17/2026 for approximately 13 weeks. Responsibilities
- Assist and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities during the night shift, ensuring care is delivered in line with applicable federal, state, and local guidelines and the directions of the Director of Nursing.
- Provide direct resident care, monitor health status, administer medications as prescribed, and document interventions and outcomes accurately.
- Assess resident needs, respond to changes in condition, and communicate updates to the charge nurse and attending physician as required.
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and infection control standards; support falls prevention and resident safety initiatives; respond promptly to call bells and emergent situations.
- Coordinate with licensed and unlicensed staff to ensure care plans are followed and quality of life for residents is preserved throughout the shift.
- Complete required documentation and ensure continuity of care across shifts.

Requirements
- Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) background check required
- Ability to work the night shift (6:00 pm–6:00 am) in a memory care/long-term care setting
- Travel assignment with a 13-week duration starting 08/17/2026; Gunnison, CO
- Guaranteed hours of 36 per week during the assignment
