Cardiovascular Technologist, OR – CVOR Tech, travel assignment in Lacey, Washington. Start date: 09/03/2026. Contract through 06/17/2027. Responsibilities
- Provide intraoperative cardiovascular care support during CVOR procedures, maintaining sterile technique and patient safety.
- Prepare and position patients, assist the surgical team with instruments, and monitor intraoperative equipment and imaging as needed.
- Maintain a sterile field, assist with draping, instrument handling, and room turnover between cases.
- Document procedures and key patient data in the charting system and communicate with the multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with surgeons, scrub techs, circulating nurses, and anesthesia to ensure efficient workflow and patient comfort.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a school-based clinical environment and adhere to facility policies.
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment in Washington state.
- Availability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with 6.5-hour daily shifts.
- Knowledge of sterile technique, infection control, and cardiovascular operative support.
- Relevant CVOR or operating room cardiovascular technologist experience preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient safety focus.
