Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic imaging per orders using DR fixed equipment, DR fluoroscopy, C-arms, and portable DR equipment; ensure high-quality images and correct patient positioning
- Adhere to radiation safety and ALARA principles; operate and monitor the dosimetry badge and follow exposure protocols
- Document procedures and patient data in the EPIC EMR; verify orders and ensure accurate, timely records
- Collaborate with radiology team and referring departments; communicate findings as needed and support image interpretation workflow
- Participate in on-call coverage as required, averaging 3 days per month
- Maintain and troubleshoot radiology equipment, report issues promptly, and assist with QC processes

Requirements
- Current Hawaii State Radiologic Technologist license (radiographer)
- ARRT certification in Radiography
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of independent radiologic technologist experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with radiographic equipment: DR fixed, DR fluoroscopy, C-arms, portable DR
- Must wear and maintain a dosimetry badge
- Experience with Epic EMR; Philips DR; Philips C-arms; OEC C-arms; Philips Fluoro and Konica DR preferred
- Must arrive on island the Friday prior to the start date for HR/EH clearance appointments
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in rotating day shifts with on-call requirements
