- Apply appropriate modalities and manual techniques; monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning in accordance with policy
- Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team; educate residents and families on home exercise programs
Requirements
- Active physical therapy license in the United States; Maine licensure or eligibility for licensure by endorsement
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
- Ability to work 35 hours per week in a daytime schedule
- Strong clinical documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
