Registered Nurse – ICU, Concord, NH, travel assignment starting 10/04/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $2,053 to $2,170. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights (2x3). Setting: hospital ICU environment. This assignment is Travel - Temporary.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, evidence-based critical care to ICU patients; monitor hemodynamics, airway status, and organ function.
- Manage ventilated patients, interpret monitors, titrate vasoactive drips, and coordinate with respiratory therapy and pharmacy.
- Administer medications and therapies per physician orders; maintain IV access, lines, and infusion devices; document care accurately in the patient record.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust plans of care; participate in rounds and discharge planning.
- Respond to emergencies, implement rapid assessment and escalation protocols, and ensure patient safety and infection control standards.
- Operate and monitor advanced ICU equipment as needed (e.g., balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, Arctic Sun or TTM management, Alaris pumps, rapid infuser) and ensure proper device function.
- Documentation and EMR tasks: record assessments, interventions, and patient progress; Cerner experience is preferred but not required.
- May be asked to float to ED, Stepdown, or Med/Surg units as needed; participation in unit handoffs and cross-coverage to maintain unit flow.

Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at submission; license verification and RTO documentation must be provided.
- 2–3 years ICU experience; CVICU experience strongly preferred; strong self-starter with ability to work independently.
- RN Skills Checklist matching ICU/CVICU specialty.
- EMR experience; Cerner experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to float to ED, Stepdown, Med/Surg as needed; comfort working in fast-paced, high-acuity settings.
- Experience with or exposure to the following equipment is strongly preferred: balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, Arctic Sun or TTM management, Alaris pumps, rapid infuser.
