Travel Radiology CT Tech Job
CT Tech travel assignment in a hospital setting located in Burlington, Vermont, United States. Start date: 06/01/2026. Duration: 16 weeks. Weekly pay: $3,109 to $3,236 per week. Shift: 4x10 nights. This is a travel - temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC. The role requires ARRT CT certification, active EPIC experience, and the ability to work closely with trauma protocols and patient care teams. A VT license application is required at time of offer.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging with the ability to scan trauma patients independently and promptly.
- Manage patient positioning, contrast administration in accordance with protocols, and image acquisition to ensure diagnostic quality.
- Operate the CT scanner, adjust protocols, monitor radiation dose, and collaborate with radiologists for accurate interpretation.
- Prepare and care for patients before, during, and after imaging; assist with IV starts (PIVs) and contrast administration as required.
- Document in EPIC EMR with timely, accurate notes; ensure compliance with ARRT CT standards and facility policies.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to meet unit and patient-care needs, including scheduling considerations that may require weekend coverage every other week.
Requirements
- ARRT CT certification; BLS certification.
- Ability to start peripheral IVs (PIVs) and to manage IV contrast as part of imaging procedures.
- EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years.
- Must apply for Vermont licensure at time of offer; VT license process guidance will be provided.
- Phillips imaging system experience is preferred.
- Experience in a similar-sized teaching facility or equivalent environment.
- Flexibility to meet unit needs, including every other weekend minimum coverage and/or schedule adjustments.
- Must be able to work in a hospital setting and respond to trauma cases as required.
