MRI Technologist – Radiology, Seaside, Oregon, United States. Travel assignment starting 06/01/2026 for multiple weeks with a weekly pay range of $2,169–$2,297. Shift: 4x10-hour days (Block schedule Mon–Thu, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM). Worked in a hospital setting within a 23-bed critical access facility’s MRI/Imaging unit. This travel role is a temporary assignment requiring travel-ready candidates.

Responsibilities
- Perform MRI examinations focusing on neuro and body imaging (brain, spine including cervical/lumbar/thoracic, abdomen, chest, breast, face/soft tissue neck) using GE MRI systems
- Optimize imaging protocols and sequences (diffusion, gradient echo, perfusion); adjust parameters to obtain high-quality studies
- Conduct image post-processing (ADC mapping, subtraction) and multiplanar reconstructions as needed
- Manage patient setup, safety screening, contrast awareness where applicable, and ensure patient comfort and safety during scans
- Utilize PACS for image management, accurate labeling, and timely transfer of studies; communicate findings and any concerns to radiologists
- Maintain accurate Epic charting, adhere to documentation standards, and participate in unit workflow with minimal disruption

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year MRI experience
- BLS certification
- GE MRI experience required; familiarity with Philips, Siemens, Toshiba considered beneficial
- Epic EHR charting experience
- Must have a vehicle for this assignment
- Onboarding requires SSN and DOB; pre-start modules (~16 hours) prior to start
- Two references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years
- COVID-19 vaccine not required
- Block schedule detail: Mon–Thu schedule; on-site work with no on-call requirement
- Travel experience not required
