Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Albuquerque, New Mexico — local, eight-week temporary assignment starting 04/01/2026 — weekly pay $649-$693 per week — guaranteed 36 hours per week — shift: 3x12 nights in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding as needed.
- Support mobility and transfers using safe body mechanics and appropriate assistive devices; promote resident safety and independence.
- Monitor residents’ condition and report changes to the licensed nurse; perform routine observations and documentation as assigned.
- Assist with adult feeding, positioning, and hydration; promote comfort and dignity during care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; adhere to infection prevention practices and standard precautions.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the health care team; document care accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification/licensure; state-specific credentials required for practice in New Mexico (or eligible to obtain).
- Ability to work the night shift (18:00–06:30) in a long-term care setting.
- Physical endurance to assist residents with mobility and ADLs; good patient-handling skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability; ability to document and report accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
