Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) travel assignment in Flandreau, SD. Start date 04/01/2026 for an 8-week assignment. Weekly pay range $1,400 to $1,480. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 5x8 Evenings (2:30 PM–11:00 PM). Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Monitor residents’ condition, vital signs, and responses to therapies; document changes.
- Assist with activities of daily living and routine nursing tasks per the care plan.
- Perform basic procedures, wound care, and specimen collection as directed.
- Document in the electronic health record; communicate changes to the supervising RN.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality resident care and timely referrals.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing; state-specific licensure requirements apply.
- Ability to work evenings (2:30 PM–11:00 PM) and to cover every other weekend and every other holiday if within the contract period.
- Start date requires compliance; 04/01/2026 or sooner pending credentialing and onboarding.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility environment and follow care plans.
