Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document in the chart per care plans
- Monitor patient status, perform routine assessments, and report changes to the supervising RN or physician
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care for residents
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team to implement and update care plans
- Maintain safety, infection control, and patient privacy in a busy skilled nursing environment
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico or valid compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain accuracy during assignments
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to complete required credentialing and orientation
