Responsibilities
- Provide routine and focused nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, following physician orders and care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, report changes, and respond to emergencies per facility protocol.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in residents’ records with clarity and timeliness.
- Collaborate with licensed staff and the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and ensure quality of life for residents.
- Support residents with activities of daily living and promote safety, comfort, and dignity.
