Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health - Inpatient - Evenings in Grand Rapids, MI. Start date 04/20/2026 for approximately 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,888–$2,000 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Evening shift (schedule may include 3:00 PM–11:30 PM per notes). Work setting: community mental health provider; travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ care needs and develop an individualized plan of care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team; continually reassess as needs change
- Provide and coordinate nursing care with physicians for individuals and groups of patients served
- Educate patients and families, support milieu management, and assist in discharge/aftercare planning
- Maintain a safe environment; document, report, and verify information per organizational policies; monitor safety risks and intervene as needed
- Demonstrate clinical leadership by delegating and coordinating staff assignments, and promoting staff development; participate in process improvement and standards of care
Requirements
- Current Michigan RN license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of behavioral health experience
- Ability to work in an inpatient behavioral health setting and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
