Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care, Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. This travel, temporary assignment starts May 1, 2026 for 3 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $730 to $795, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is 3x12-hour days. Setting: LTC – Nursing Home. Local-only assignment.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care and physician orders
- Monitor residents’ conditions, assess changes, and document vitals and care interventions
- Provide activities of daily living (ADL) assistance and maintain resident safety and dignity
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care
- Maintain accurate, timely charting and comply with facility policies and procedures
- Respond to call lights and emergencies, escalating concerns to the charge nurse as needed
Requirements
- Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse license (New Mexico) or eligible for state licensure
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a long-term care environment
- Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work within a local-only assignment and comply with facility policies
