Travel Physical Therapist Job
Physical Therapist – Outpatient, Clearlake, CA. This travel, temporary assignment begins 05/26/2026 for 13 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $2,172–$2,310 per week and no guaranteed hours. Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. work in a critical access hospital setting with occasional minimal acute inpatient coverage. The role emphasizes outpatient rehabilitation with some inpatient coverage as needed.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing treatment planning for outpatient therapy patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Document patient progress and adjust plans based on response to therapy
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient discharge and transitional care
- Provide occasional coverage for minimal inpatient rehabilitation needs as required
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree from a four-year accredited college or university in physical therapy, or degree in a related field
- Licensure: Current California Physical Therapy license, or eligible for registration; valid California driver’s license when travel is required
- Certification: AHA BLS Required
- Experience: One to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
- Preferred: Member of APTA (not required)
