Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult CCU patients, including ventilated patients, ICP monitoring, and invasive hemodynamic monitoring
- Monitor patient status, interpret monitoring data, administer medications, and respond to emergencies following unit protocols
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and responses in charting systems per unit standards (Meditech Expanse preferred)
- Maintain patient safety and comfort with a focus on critical thinking, prioritization, and timely decision-making
- Uphold professionalstandards and adapt to the fast-paced CCU environment with a patient ratio of approximately 1:2

Requirements
- Massachusetts RN license (Active) and uploaded to profile
- Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency license (Nursing Pool) required to be uploaded upfront with traveler profile
- 2+ years of current Critical Care experience (CCU/ICU) with Ventilation, ICP Monitoring, and Hemodynamic Monitoring (required)
- IV qualifications (required)
- Meditech Expanse experience (strongly preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certification (required)
- PEARS/TNCC and PALS are preferred; BSN is preferred
- Traveler must have their own vehicle
- Any/all RTO requests must be included in profile and scheduling requests completed at submission
- Facility radius restriction: Travelers within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
