Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision, supporting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and document vital signs and report changes to the nurse in charge
- Assist with mobility, transfers, turning, and positioning to prevent falls and pressure injuries
- Support meal times, assist with feeding as needed, and document intake and output
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment; adhere to care plans and infection control practices
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification per New Hampshire requirements
- Prior CNA experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred
- Ability to work the 3x12 night schedule (Sun, Mon, Wed; 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and meet 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfort following established care plans and accurately documenting care
