Travel Registered Nurse Oncology Job
Registered Nurse – Oncology in Marysville, California. This travel, temporary assignment starts on 08/10/2026 and runs for 8 weeks. You will work 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts (3x12s). The position offers weekly pay of $768-$786 with no guaranteed hours. The role occurs in a hospital setting and requires collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to manage oncology patient care across the lifespan.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for a defined group of patients during a designated shift, using the nursing process and input from patients and families.
- Prescribe or implement nursing interventions consistent with the medical plan of care, in collaboration with the physician and health care team.
- Coordinate delivery of patient care across age groups as assigned on the unit, including neonatal to geriatric populations as appropriate.
- Incorporate patient and family teaching, discharge planning, and case management needs into the overall plan of care.
- Delegate appropriate aspects of care to other nursing staff based on current clinical competence and legal scope of practice.
- This position is represented by CNA.
Requirements
- Registered professional nurse capable of practicing within the nursing process; requires current licensure as a practicing RN.
- Oncology care experience or exposure preferred.
- Ability to care for patients across the lifespan as assigned by the unit.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to work a 12-hour day shift schedule in a travel assignment and participate in an 8-week contract.
