Registered Nurse – Case Manager, Plymouth, MA. Travel assignment starting 06/29/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,845–$3,015 per week. Guaranteed hours: 72 biweekly. Shift: 8-hour day shift, 5x8 schedule with rotating weekends. Setting: hospital environment.

Responsibilities
- Review admission data to establish the appropriate level of care using InterQual criteria.
- Integrate clinical knowledge with billing considerations to review, evaluate, and appeal clinical denials related to hospital care.
- Conduct concurrent reviews to determine continued need for acute care, appropriateness and timeliness of treatments/procedures, and potential reimbursement impact.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assess and improve denial management, documentation, and appeals processes.
- Partner with the UR Manager and/or physician advisor regarding cases that do not meet established guidelines for admission or continued stay.
- Act as liaison between physicians and payers, coordinating peer-to-peer communications as needed.
- Collect and compile data as required to support case management activities.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- BLS certification (AHA)
- 3–5 years of experience in a case management or related setting
- Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with MA licensure
- Preferred: ACM, CCM, or CMAC credentials
- Ability to work in a hospital setting
- Travel eligibility: No local travelers accepted; candidates must reside outside 50 miles of the assignment location
- Start date readiness for 06/29/2026 and availability for a 13-week assignment
