- Respond to call lights, ensure patient safety, and maintain infection control standards
- Complete accurate charting and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility policies
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing in New Mexico
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Prior long-term care experience preferred; ability to adapt to a LTC setting
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Comfortable with medication administration, vital signs, and basic nursing procedures
- Available to work a 3x12-hour shift schedule and meet guaranteed hours
