Speech Language Pathologist – Acute Care travel assignment in Seaford, Delaware. Start date 06/29/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours 35 per week with a 5x8 Day shift (08:00–16:30). Weekly pay range $2,400–$2,530. Setting: Long-term care (LTC) / Nursing Home environment. ASAP start preferred and eligible for a travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology evaluation and treatment for residents with communication or swallowing disorders, adapting plans to the LTC context.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, goals, and progress notes in coordination with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Conduct screenings, re-evaluations, and ongoing assessments; document outcomes and modify interventions based on patient response.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational and physical therapists, and social work to support comprehensive care plans and discharge planning as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and delivering care in a safe, patient-centered manner.
Requirements
- Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license (state licensure to practice in Delaware)
- Active Delaware business license to staff in DE
- Account with the DHSS Background Check Center (or ability to establish one) for mandatory background checks
- Eligibility to work in a LTC/Nursing Home setting on a travel/temporary basis
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week assignment and meet client/facility scheduling requirements
