Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) travel assignment in a long-term care, nursing home setting located in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Start date: 03/04/2026. 15-week contract with guaranteed hours. Weekly pay: $1,042–$1,125 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days, 07:00–19:30. Schedule includes Wednesdays and Thursdays with every other weekend commitment. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of the supervising nurse
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per the resident’s plan of care
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, and document changes in the chart or EHR
- Respond promptly to call lights, maintain safety, and uphold infection control practices
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and escalate concerns as needed
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility as assigned
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing; NH state licensure preferred
- LPN diploma from an accredited program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1 year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and meet the Wed/Thu plus alternate weekend schedule
- Must be able to perform essential nursing duties in a long-term care environment
