Travel Physical Therapist Job
Physical Therapist position in Staples, Minnesota for a travel assignment starting 06/01/2026 and running for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,092 to $2,269 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and document findings to establish baseline and goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and daily function
- Provide evidence-based therapy interventions, including gait training, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate
- Monitor patient progress, reassess outcomes, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, communicate with residents and families, and support discharge planning
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with privacy and safety standards
Requirements
- Minnesota Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30)
- Experience in rehabilitation or long-term care settings preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to work within a team
- Willingness to complete onboarding, including the four-week onboarding period
