Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care in Grantsboro, North Carolina. This travel temporary assignment starts 05/16/2026 and runs for 13 weeks in a LTC - Acute Rehab setting. Expect about 40 hours per week on a night shift (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.), with every-other-weekend rotation. Weekly pay ranges from $1,346 to $1,400. There are no guaranteed hours for this assignment.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration per facility policy and physician orders
- Monitor residents’ conditions, vital signs, and report changes to the supervising clinician
- Provide direct patient care including activities of daily living, mobility assistance, and basic wound care
- Assist with care planning updates, care coordination, and documentation in the patient record
- Support safety, infection control, and fall-prevention practices; respond to call bells promptly
- Collaborate with licensed staff and the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care
Requirements
- Active North Carolina LPN license or compact license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year LPN experience in geriatric care; PCC experience preferred; 18 months LPN experience preferred
- Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Ability to work the listed night shift (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) in a long-term care/acute rehab setting
- Ability to meet any applicable state and facility requirements for practice
