Travel Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery, Templeton, California, United States. This 8-week travel assignment starts 08/17/2026. Weekly pay ranges from $2,475 to $2,673 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: Nights, 3x12s (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to obstetric patients during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period in a high-acuity environment
- Monitor maternal and fetal status using continuous or intermittent fetal monitoring and established assessment protocols
- Assist during labor and delivery, including support for vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections as needed
- Administer medications, analgesia, and interventions per physician orders; manage intrapartum procedures as appropriate
- Maintain sterile technique, prepare for surgical deliveries when indicated, and support newborn care and lactation counseling
- Document all care and assessments in the electronic medical record (Epic) and communicate changes to the care team promptly
Requirements
- California RN license in good standing; current, active license per state of assignment
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
- Epic EMR experience required
- Ability to work night shift and participate in a travel assignment
- Availability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced setting
