Cardiovascular Technologist – Echo Tech needed for a travel assignment in Seaside, Oregon. Start date: 08/17/2026. Duration: weeks on a day shift with Monday–Friday hours. Earn an estimated $2,096 to $2,162 per week, with guaranteed hours not guaranteed. Work in a critical access facility setting with 23 staffed beds and Epic charting. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with no call and no weekends. First-time travel candidates are welcome, and 1-year echo-related experience is acceptable.

- Holiday requirement: commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day)
Responsibilities
- Perform transthoracic echocardiography (2D/3D), Doppler, and bubble studies; participate in stress echo (treadmill and pharmacologic) and have TEE exposure as appropriate
- Assess diastolic function, LV strain/volume, Simpson’s rule, and PISA calculations; utilize contrast imaging as needed
- Proficient IV access for contrast administration and immediate management of IV-related needs
- Prepare, acquire, analyze, and document imaging studies; ensure high-quality images and accurate measurements
- Maintain equipment readiness, troubleshoot as needed, and document studies in the PACS/Epic system
- Collaborate with the cardiology team, maintain patient safety, and adhere to unit protocols
Requirements
- ARDMS and CCI credentials (echo) required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year echo/related experience
- Proficient in starting IVs for contrast studies
- Epic charting experience required
- Ability to work in a day-shift, on-site setting; travel assignment; must have a vehicle for the assignment
