Travel Registered Nurse LTC Job
Registered Nurse (LTC) travel assignment in Roswell, New Mexico, starting April 14, 2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,331 to $2,463, with guaranteed hours of 48 per week. Shift: 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:30 AM), Thursday through Sunday. Work setting: medical rehabilitation unit within an outpatient and inpatient substance abuse rehab program. This is a travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to adult patients on a medical rehabilitation unit, focusing on recovery and function
- Assess patient status, monitor progress, and administer medications and therapies per the care plan
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized rehabilitation plans
- Monitor for changes in condition, respond to clinical changes, and document findings accurately
- Support discharge planning and provide patient and family education on treatments, medications, and recovery goals
- Maintain safety, infection control, and privacy standards; document care in the electronic medical record
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a Thurs–Sun schedule
- Willing to commit to a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed 48 hours per week
- Experience or interest in medical rehabilitation or LTC/substance abuse rehab settings (preferred)
