Multimodality Radiology Technologist – Travel assignment in Templeton, California. Start date: 08/10/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,790–$2,991 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Responsibilities
- Operate imaging equipment across multiple modalities (x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography) with attention to image quality and patient safety.
- Perform imaging studies in alignment with departmental goals and patient care objectives.
- Position patients, select appropriate imaging protocols, and ensure adherence to radiation safety and ALARA principles.
- Collaborate with radiologists and the imaging team to meet study requirements and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Document examinations, manage patient communication, and help optimize department operations during a travel assignment.
Requirements
- Experience operating multiple imaging modalities, with regular use of at least three modalities
- Ability to work nights on a 4x10-hour schedule in a hospital setting
- Strong patient care focus and commitment to safety and quality imaging
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, travel assignment environment and collaborative team work
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to support department goals
