Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion in planning and delivering care.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications and therapies as prescribed, and monitor responses.
- Document patient status and outcomes, ensuring accuracy and continuity of care while observing safety and quality protocols.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Oregon (or eligible per employer policy)
- Ability to work nights in a high-acuity, fast-paced ER setting
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet credentialing requirements for travel assignments
- Eligibility to participate in a travel assignment within the United States
