Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care. Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. Start date: 04/13/2026. Duration: 12 weeks. Weekly pay: 1,470–1,515 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3×12 Night shifts. Setting: LTC – Nursing Home. This is a travel, temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including medication administration, wound care, and routine assessments.
- Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and communicate with the supervising RN and care team.
- Assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, mobility, and meals as part of a patient-centered care plan.
- Administer treatments and therapies as ordered, and ensure proper charting in the facility’s electronic health record system.
- Maintain safety, infection control, and quality of care standards; participate in rounds, care conferences, and interdisciplinary communication.
Requirements
- Active LPN license to practice in New Mexico
- Graduation from an approved LPN program (diploma or equivalent)
- 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred; LTC experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work a 3×12 night shift and adapt to a long-term care environment
- Must be able to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a resident-focused setting
