Registered Nurse – Endoscopy in Somerville, MA. Start December 1, 2026 for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting performing outpatient endoscopy duties. Weekly pay range $2,577-$2,637 per week with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Schedule is rotating 8x5 shifts. Focused on elective outpatient procedures within an Endoscopy unit supporting GI and related services.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for adult outpatients undergoing endoscopic procedures, including pre-procedure assessment and post-procedure recovery.
- Monitor patient status during procedures, support sedation/anesthesia processes, and ensure safe recovery in PACU with documentation in the EMR (EPIC).
- Assist the endoscopy team with instrument handling, sterile technique, and patient positioning; maintain procedural readiness and safety standards.
- Coordinate patient flow with gastroenterology and support services to optimize turnaround times while upholding high-quality patient care.
- Educate patients and families on procedure expectations, aftercare instructions, and signs of potential complications; ensure accurate and complete charting.
- Adhere to infection prevention, safety protocols, and hospital policies; no on-call responsibilities; flu vaccine is required during the season.

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license with NURSYS verification; must show all licenses pulled within the last 7 days
- Minimum 2 years of endoscopy (ENDO) nursing experience
- AHA BLS and ACLS required; SGNA certification preferred
- EMR experience preferred (EPIC)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient endoscopy center setting with multiple procedure rooms and PACU bays
- Submission requires 2 recent supervisor/manager references; ability to provide documentation of travel experience
