Responsibilities
- Operate the GE Revolution Maxima 128-slice CT scanner and perform CT imaging, including helical, axial, and CT fluoroscopy protocols; use AW workstation for reformats.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records and ensure proper documentation of imaging procedures.
- Relate with ordering physicians and advise on CT protocol selection when necessary to ensure diagnostic quality.
- Assist radiologists with interventional radiology procedures as needed and provide support during imaging workflows.
- Ensure patient safety, proper positioning, and adherence to radiation safety standards; verify image quality and complete post-scan processing.
Requirements
- Colorado CAPS check required (Colorado adult protective services).
- Certified and/or licensure requirements and education/experience details as indicated in job notes; see Job Notes for exact qualifications.
- Ability to work four 10-hour shifts per week plus on-call duties at a rural assignment location; reliable transportation required due to limited public transit in the area.
- Licensure, certifications, experience, and education requirements specified in the Job Notes must be met.
