Travel Registered Nurse OR Job
Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR) travel assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Start date 06/09/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,439 to $2,530 per week. Guaranteed hours 40 per week. Shift: 4x10 hour days with rotating evening/night/weekend call. Setting: hospital operating room.

Responsibilities
- Provide intraoperative nursing care for surgical patients, including preparation of the sterile field and accurate instrument counts.
- Assist the surgical team with procedures, maintaining patient safety and monitoring vital signs and anesthesia depth as directed.
- Manage placement, positioning, and instrumentation to support optimal surgical exposure and outcomes.
- Ensure equipment readiness, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the circulating nurse and anesthesia provider.
- Document perioperative care, demographic information, and intraoperative events accurately; communicate any changes to the team.
- Adhere to infection prevention, safety standards, and hospital policies throughout the operative process.
Requirements
- Active Colorado RN license or Compact RN license in good standing
- BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS (American Heart Association) certifications
- Minimum 3 years of OR or related nursing experience
- Ability to work in a hospital OR setting with a 4x10 rotating schedule and on-call requirements
- Consent and ability to travel for assignment
