Responsibilities

- Assist residents with activities of daily living; maintain safety and prevent falls
- Document care accurately in the medical record and communicate progress during shift handoffs
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (New Hampshire preferred)
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings is preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts and meet guaranteed hours
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work autonomously under supervision
- Eligible to work in the United States; local availability to Keene, NH area
