Speech Language Pathologist, Travel opportunity in Seaford, Delaware. Start date 04/13/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range is $2,450 to $2,579 per week. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Shift: 5x8 Days from 08:00 to 16:30. Setting: Long-Term Care – Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing function.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge planning in resident records.
- Deliver therapy sessions 1:1 or in small groups, adapting approaches to meet resident goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (nursing, OT, PT, social work) to support overall resident care.
- Educate residents and families on strategies to manage communication and swallowing needs and promote independence.
Requirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Delaware (or eligibility to license in the state)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting in a travel assignment
- Relevant experience in speech-language pathology, with preference for LTC or skilled nursing environments
- Demonstrated ability to document progress and communicate effectively with the care team
