Travel Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Job
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Memory Care, Gunnison, Colorado. This travel temporary assignment begins 04/13/2026 for 13 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $854–$923 and guaranteed 36 hours. Shifts are Nights (6pm–6am) on a 3x12 schedule in a long-term care memory care setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care to residents in accordance with established care procedures and as directed by supervisors.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living during night shifts, including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
- Monitor resident condition, document changes, and report vital sign readings or concerns to the supervising nurse.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment; adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
- Document care activities accurately and participate in handoffs to the next shift; communicate clearly with the care team.
- Support memory care residents with personalized assistance, maintain dignity, and implement safety measures to reduce falls and agitation.
Requirements
- Current Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Colorado CAPS check required
- Ability to work Nights (6pm–6am) and perform the duties of a 12-hour shift
- Experience in memory care or long-term care settings preferred
- Reliable transportation available due to limited public transit in rural Gunnison
